Sales Demo units that require a return or repair must first conduct troubleshooting with a support representative to request a return. This will include a phone call and remote diagnostics. Please call 855-398-1251 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process.
If following that troubleshooting, a return is deemed necessary, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Ship the device back to Poynt headquarters for advanced troubleshooting. (The sales rep is responsible for this postage.)

Step 2: Once the device arrives at the Poynt office, the Poynt team will have 10 days to diagnose the unit, repair (if possible), and/or send a replacement to the sales rep. (Poynt will cover this postage.)
