Go to the Help App on your terminal and select "Contact Us". This will provide you with expedited contact information - including the phone number for your reseller's support team.
Technical Questions: For any technical support questions about Poynt or technical issue resolution, our Support Team is happy to provide you with assistance 24/7.
To do so, log in to your Poynt.net merchant or reseller account and use the Support tab to submit a request.
